Today.
Well within my 14000 calorie guide.
Did 10 minutes running up and down the stairs, and 40 minutes of Zumba.
I also decided to take in more water, because I’m pretty sure I’ve been getting slightly dehydrated. No weight is shifting recently, and it’s seemed really hard. I’m not quite sure what to do about it.
